Girl Kissing Puppy Winter Counted Cross Stitch Kit by Luca-S BU5027L

Seller description

Stitch Girl Kissing Puppy, a counted cross stitch kit by Luca-S — a little girl in a red coat and snowflake bobble hat hugs and kisses a golden puppy, with snowy fir trees and a village church glowing in the pink winter light behind them. Based on artwork by Makiko. A little stitcher's folklore: country families said a puppy that arrives in winter brings warmth to the house until spring, and a child's kiss makes the friendship for life. Why this kit: a tender, heart-warming winter scene — lovely for Christmas and a keepsake for anyone who grew up with a dog. Kit includes: 16-count white Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), Luca-S 100% cotton threads in 52 colours, 2 needles, a partially coloured chart with coloured backstitch and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included. Start with the girl's face and the puppy, then the red coat and hat, and finish with the snowy trees and village using the partially coloured chart. Finished size: 23×32 cm (9.1×12.6 in). A heart-warming winter picture for a child's room or hallway and a sweet Christmas gift.
